Discover the tools to navigate life with confidence, calm, and clarity.
High school can be exciting—but also difficult. Finding balance between exams, friendships, identity, and future planning, can be an overwhelming challenge. Our Thrive Well-Being Workshops offer a holistic experience designed to support every aspect of a young person’s development—mind, body, and heart.

Thrive is a series of interactive, age-appropriate workshops focused on mental, emotional, social, and physical well-being. Students will learn practical strategies to manage stress, boost emotional resilience, and support healthy relationships—all while building self-awareness and inner confidence.

  • Calm & Clarity: Focus techniques for calm under pressure: meditation, breathing, connecting with nature.
  • Healthy Habits: How sleep and nutrition impact learning and mood.
  • Emotional and Social Intelligence: Understanding feelings and communicating with empathy.
  • Yoga as a life style: A daily yoga practice and Yoga Nature Walks, connecting self with outdoors.

Meet Your Workshop Leader:

Marion van Engelen, aka ZenLibrarian, aka Ms Marion, Well-Being Facilitator & Youth Mentor
Marion's workshops are shaped by more than two decades of working in education, and a heartfelt belief in empowering young people to care for their minds, bodies, and hearts. With years of experience as an Information Literacy Specialist in international schools, Marion has worked closely with teenagers from diverse and international backgrounds, helping them navigate the academic and personal challenges of adolescence. Her deep understanding of student needs—paired with her qualifications as a certified and experienced yoga instructor—makes her uniquely equipped to guide young people in developing resilience, balance, and self-awareness.
Through her holistic approach, Marion combines practical well-being tools with compassionate insight, creating a safe, engaging space where students can reflect, grow, thrive and have fun!
