Roadside squat? No problem! With a twist? Done! :)
Let's take Yoga Off the Mat! The benefits of Yoga Nature Walks

* FOCUS *
Off the mat the focus changes from inward to outward. Yoga Nature Walking encourages to connect the inward with the outward, practise mindfulness, and bring a focus to nature, which nurtures a positive mood, happiness and appreciation.
* PHYSICAL *
In a Yoga Nature Walk we add energy to the mat practice! It's good for your heart, improves circulation, develops stamina, builds muscle, brings happiness and calms the mind.
* SOCIAL *
With attention turned to connecting inwards with outwards, it's a wonderful chance to connect while enjoying a walk. Having fun with yoga is an important goal of the Yoga Nature Walks.
