private classes

 Whether you want to simply treat yourself, feel that you could benefit from a deepening of your yoga practice, just wonder why some poses are such a joy and others a struggle, or want to feel free to explore your practice without being in a public class situation.... a private class has a multitude of benefits.
* Teaching is tailored to your needs, to your body (everybody has a different body) and to your level. 
*  Together we explore the poses, to see where you can go, uniting mind, breath and body. If you are a beginner, this exploration will open up your body and allow you to discover your personal yoga safely.
* If you practise regularly, it might be useful to bring a focus to the practice, for instance on areas where resistance is felt. Whatever we choose, the practice will be balanced, and you will take away new knowledge.
* We will always finish with Savasana, the lovely meditative time to let go and you will leave the room feeling relaxed and energised.

Light & Air
Zen Librarian will come to your house, and bring the necessary equipment, or teach at her place.
